Today I got my hair trimmed in steps and shorter in length by Amzad, hair stylist and expert. He excels in steps and layers and does the way exactly I want. I am very much satisfied with the services provided by Cloud 9, Ballupur, ONGC Chowk. Staff is excellent. Sonali did my eyebrow threading smoothly and painlessly. I am impressed by the well behaved staff. Whenever I am there, I feel like a family. Cloud 9 is a boon . Thanks!

Hi, I have visited cloud 9 recently for hair service. Actually I am a new mom & after giving birth, I faced one of the most frustrating postpartum struggles--my hair had completely changed. It became so frizzy, tangled, and unmanageable that no amount of oiling, conditioning, or combing could fix it. As weeks passed, the texture worsened to the point where I couldn't even run a brush through it. Even a dermatologist couldn't pinpoint the issue. Desperate for a solution, I visited multiple salons, hoping for help. But every expert I met gave me the same heartbreaking advice--chop it all off. Cloud 9 is my second home. I have been coming over here since past 10 years. As u enter the salon one gets very positive vibes. The owner (Poonam) is so warm and understanding and has up- to -date knowledge about the beauty industry. She guided me so perfectly about what products is best for me in the self make up class and taught me very patiently.
