the overall experience was pleasant, I encountered a significant delay. Despite booking an appointment in advance, the process nail extension took an unexpected 3 hours. I understand that it may not entirely be the studio's fault, but it seemed to be due to the inexperience of the new nail technician. That said, the owner and the other staff member were extremely polite and professional, which I truly appreciate. I would highly recommend the studio for their quality and hospitality, but I hope they address the efficiency issue and customer time soon to enhance the customer experience
