Terrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs! Kolor Secret in Dehradun is by far the most unprofessional salon I've ever come across. My wife recently got her nail art done there, and the experience was a nightmare. Not only did they completely mess up her nails, but they were so careless that they left bruises on her fingers. This level of negligence is unacceptable for any salon. To make matters worse, neither the staff nor the owner showed any concern or accountability for their mistakes. Their attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, as if they couldn't care less about the damage they caused. It's shocking how a business with such poor ethics and service is even running. If you value your time, money, and well-being, stay far away from this place. I would never recommend kolor Secret to anyone. Absolutely disgraceful!

Unprofessional Staff and Poor Service I recently visited this salon for nail art, and it was a very disappointing experience. The staff was unprofessional, lacking both skill and courtesy. The owner was inattentive and showed no interest in addressing customer concerns. It took 1.5 hours just to get a basic gel polish, which was poorly done and far from satisfactory. The lack of professionalism and quality service makes this a place I would not recommend.

Hey guys I am a loyal kolor secret salon customers and have all the right reasons to be. The best eyebrow threading, hair and body treatments. I recommend this place to everyone. Love the service and appreciate the hard work Kanika and Monika have put into Kolor Secret salon. Very professional work delivered in a friendly atmosphere. The team are incredibly welcoming and humble. The place is great, there is the widest choice of colors and nail art style, the team adapts to your needs and will realize your craziest dreams on your nails. The quality of the service is amazing and the team super nice.
