I had an extremely disappointing experience at this beauty parlour, and I feel compelled to share my concerns to help others make an informed decision. Upon my visit, I noticed the parlour was completely empty, which may be indicative of its declining reputation. I opted for a single service, but the owner insisted on charging me for a bundled service I never availed. When I politely requested a fair adjustment, her response was shockingly rude and unprofessional, accompanied by inappropriate remarks. To my disbelief, she even asked me to leave the parlour in anger, despite my calm and respectful approach. Adding to the dissatisfaction, I requested a receipt but was met with hesitation. There was no visible rate list in the shop, raising serious questions about transparency and ethical business practices. The lack of professionalism, hostile attitude, and poor customer service make it impossible for me to recommend this parlour. Significant improvements in transparency, professionalism, and basic courtesy are urgently needed. Until then, I would advise others to seek better alternatives.
