Totally horrible experience. Below are the reasons - 1. Pre-visit: They didn't pick up the call at first. Then they bombarded me with calls even after confirming the appointment. After that i was bombarded with reminder calls. When I told this to the dehradun manager, she said the Delhi team does it. Frankly, that's not my problem. Please act on it. 2. During the visit: Despite being bombarded with reminders, there was a staff shortage. 1 poor guy was handling 4 clients. Obviously he didn't handle the pressure well. The consultation was of 0 value add. The consultant has terrible sales skills. They didn't show me a before-after upon my request. You expect me to buy an 11K procedure with just verbal conviction? When I said something silly, I was given a condescending tone. I'm not really an expert but the vlcc person also didn't seem like one (given this is their primary job). Post visit: My feedback wasn't taken seriously. Very defensive staff. Pro-tip: Whenever someone gives feedback, have a notepad in the front so that they at least feel being heard. The payment also took 10 minutes despite an empty salon (it was empty by this time). Their excuse for this was also pretty lame. My biggest trigger was an old lady sitting on a waiting chair (meant for customers )in between her work with some hair product on. This was because they had chair shortages. Once a customer's work begins, it should end smoothly. It's ok to make them wait initially but they deserve full attention and comfort once the process starts. Level up guys. You won't survive a day in cities like Bangalore or Gurgaon with this quality of service. Edit: As reply to this, @vlcc team has asked me to write to their mail but they have not responded since days.

There is one staff member whose name is sheetal she is so nice and humble such a nice person and she provides me the best service I got my hydra facial done there she did it very well thanks vlcc and special thanks to sheetal.

Very good experience at VLCC...I take beauty services here only....the staff is highly experienced n professional...especially the hair stylist, Shahnawaz...he has total expertise in his field...m highly satisfied n would definitely recommend other people who are willing to give it a try atleast once.
