Extremely disappointing experience! Went for a facial expecting a relaxing and soothing service, but it felt more like torture. Instead of a gentle massage, they were just rubbing my face harshly, making it very uncomfortable. The products they used had a very strong and unpleasant smell, which made the experience even worse. For the high price, I expected a premium experience, but it was nowhere close. Not worth the money at all. The staff needs proper training on how to provide a relaxing service and should also focus on using better-quality products. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating experience.

Services are quite overpriced and price doesn't justify. I took facial which was very uncomfortable and felt they were using expired product as they were smelling very bad. ( Literally felt like gpt stuck in some PINKI BEAUTY PARLOUR type salon)

A good experience... As always.. Kudos to your team... YOUR Services are good but the recent visit at unchapul was a bit surprising for me ( maybe not for others) i personally think for a 3-5 minutes head massage 300/- is an EXORBITANT amount ! Anyways, it is always a good experience visiting your place, and i hope my response shall be taken on a positive note...

They have the worst service and the hairstylist is very unprofessional they charge GST but they don't give any bill to the customer. They don't know how to talk to customers and it's very stupid. I wouldn't recommend going.
