Haritha is just family. I studied advance Diploma 45 days Ayurveda Medicine, and my experience there was incredible. The teaching was practical, thoughtful, and grounded in real-life applications of Ayurveda. The instructors were knowledgeable and down-to-earth, always taking the time to answer questions and guide us through the material. I never felt like I was just another student in the room; there was a genuine sense of support throughout my time there. The school itself created a welcoming and peaceful environment, which helped me focus on both my learning and personal growth. The balance between theory and hands-on experience made everything feel relevant and applicable to real-world situations. I left with a much deeper understanding of Ayurveda and a strong foundation to build upon in my own practice. I had a great 45-day experience at Haritha Ayurveda while doing the Diploma of Ayurveda. The staff were very helpful, and the morning ginger tea was a highlight! Dimple, our trainer, was knowledgeable and supportive throughout. Highly recommend--especially when combined with advanced treatments from the Advanced Diploma.

A big thank you to Haritha Ayurveda & in particular Dimple Mam's guidance and support during my 2 weeks undertaking Ayurvedic Massage & Panchakarma training. Dimple is such a warm and loving person who makes the practical sessions fun and engaging which is exactly what I needed as she could tell I was somewhat nervous due to it being the first time practising any manual therapy treatment. We were allowed to take videos to remember all the steps and to practise in our own time which for me was very important after having started a similar course in Kerala and where we were not allowed to do so (which was one of the many reasons I decided to leave that course and come to Haritha). The theory aspect was more conversational which was nice and engaging however I would have liked some more structure. There is no booklet / notes provided, but bringing an exercise book and pens and taking notes was fine also. I'd definitely recommend this place for anyone wanting an understanding of the foundational aspects of Ayurveda & Panchakarma in a relaxed, authentic, warm and family kind of atmosphere. I hope to come back and do further study one day

HARITRA CHANGE MY LIFE I recently completed a Panchakarma course and found it to be an enriching and transformative experience. Panchakarma, an ancient Ayurvedic detoxification therapy, is known for its holistic approach to cleansing the body, mind, and spirit. The course offered in-depth knowledge not only of the theoretical aspects of Panchakarma but also practical, hands-on training, which was invaluable. Course Content: The curriculum covered the history, principles, and step-by-step procedures of Panchakarma treatments, including the five primary therapies: Vamana (therapeutic vomiting), Virechana (purgation), Basti (enema), Nasya (nasal therapy), and Raktamokshana (bloodletting). The course also included a detailed study of doshas (body energies) and how they relate to the detox process. What stood out was the emphasis on individualized treatment plans, as the course highlighted the importance of understanding a person's unique constitution and imbalances. The integration of nutrition, lifestyle practices, and herbal remedies further deepened my understanding of Ayurveda's holistic approach. Practical Training: The practical sessions were excellent. We had the opportunity to observe and assist in real-life Panchakarma procedures, which allowed us to connect theory with practice. Learning how to administer Abhyanga (oil massage) and other supportive therapies added a tangible skill set to the course. Instruction Quality: The instructors were highly knowledgeable and passionate about Ayurveda. They not only had years of practical experience but also conveyed the deep spiritual and philosophical elements of Ayurveda, which gave the course a well-rounded and authentic feel. They took the time to answer questions, share real-world examples, and provide individualized attention. Overall Experience: The course was intense and thorough, requiring dedication and focus, but it was also deeply rewarding. I felt that the experience not only enhanced my understanding of Panchakarma but also improved my own health and well-being. It was a perfect blend of theory, hands-on practice, and spiritual growth. I highly recommend this Panchakarma course for anyone looking to deepen their knowledge of Ayurvedic therapies or those interested in pursuing a career in holistic health. Whether you're a practitioner or just curious about Ayurveda, this course provides valuable insights into healing and detoxification. My boyfriend and I attended Haritha School, where I took a massage course, and he did a Panchakarma treatment. Regarding the massage course Overall, the experience was okay, but there were some things that honesty could be improved. On the positive side, I did learn the massage techniques, and the practical sessions helped me understand the process. However, the course description mentioned both theory and practice, but there was no theoretical part at all. The course was also supposed to last two hours per day for several days, but it finished in just 2-3 days, around 20 minutes before, that in only 7 days, it matters. The instructor answered questions, but often shortly and vaguely, without much detail. Additionally, she was frequently distracted by her phone during the lessons. The most surprising moment was during the "final exam", where I had to do a complete massage and she left the room after 10 minutes to dye her hair, which I found unprofessional. I had to call her back because I had some doubts about the massage. In the end, while I did learn something useful, the organization and professionalism could be improved to make the course a better and fulfilling experience.

It was a great experience. Staff is really professional and they take really good care of you. Place is clean and the ayurvedic massages are amazing. The surroundings/neighborhood are a bit basic (lots of cows) and may be something you are not accustomed to as westerner but it is part of the whole, well-rounded experience. I felt really good here and I can wholeheartedly recommend it.

I had a great experience learning the Ayurvedic Beauty course at Haritha. The atmosphere was very positive, and the teachers were supportive, especially Dimple Ma'am and Ashish Sir. They made sure we learned both theory and practical skills properly. The staff was friendly and cooperative, and they even taught us extra. I highly recommend Haritha to anyone interested in Ayurvedic beauty.

This place is a paradise in Rishikesh. The doctor, the therapysts, the organisator and all the other staff members are so lovely, very caring and I felt comfortable all the time. The doctors appointment was detailed and professional. He took his time to really fokus on my individual needs and adjusted the treatment to my level of energy and health. Ina my therapist is just an angel. She made me feel safe and loved every treatment. Thanks for this healing time!
