I booked their service for my guests for my wedding and it was my worst nightmare coming true. They were so unprofessional and kept on calling me for one payment when I was getting ready for my own wedding. I was asking them to give me 15-20 mins for the payment I wasn't supposed to do at all but not to ruin my big day, I said yes and thought of giving them extra money what they asked for but they kept on calling me and asking for gpay screenshot and all. I don't know how they are rated this good on google but just to help others, I am wasting my time even writing about their service.

My first experience was worst. I did nanoplastia hair treatment and i was first client who did nanoplastia in their saloon. They told me to use w2 plex shampoo and conditioner after treatment. I suposed to purchase online shampoo and conditioner but the owner of saloon was forcing me to buy these products from his saloon. His behaviour was terrible. He said " Ki agar koi problem hogi to hamare pass mat aana aap online purchase kar rahe ho aajkl fake product bechte hain online". I told him I purchase products from only reliable sites like Amazon flipkart myntra etc. I will not recommend to anyone to go there. Staff is also untrained.
