Wow all I can say is this place did not disappoint! What an amazing experience. I booked in an hour before for a colour treatment and an incredible session with Naushad (I believe that's his name, he is a senior stylist there). From start to finish everyone was very professional and clear. Good communication on price and he did exactly what I was looking for, while taking his time and being very precise with everything he did. Absolutely recommend them to anyone! I am from Canada and I was skeptical about trying a new hair dresser.. but I will definitely be back for a touch up when I need it!!! Thank you cloud 9 team for the amazing experience!
