I felt disheartened with the services received at the parlour. I booked for light makeup plus hair and draping. The staff was unorganised switching between my hair and taking other clients for threading, completely unacceptable, given that I had prior appointment. Also my saree was a bit heavy that's the reason I booked draping as well but felt the staff is completely untrained. She draped my saree with uneven shoulder pleats and emphasised that this is the way it will be but when I denied completely the head took over. The makeup initially looked good but I felt cheated when it started falling just after 2 hours in the event. I think they need better products plus technique plus staff. The people were soft spoken that was the only good thing.

I had a great time there while getting ready for my big day. I had done make up for the first time and haven't regretted choosing her for my make up. It was looking natural and stayed for long time.
