Went yesterday to buy a lip liner. Bought items worth rupees 350/- and wanted to buy more so tested out some nailpaints and even bought one .The lady ( owner ) was extremely extremely rude . She didn't even let me try the nailpolish and made sure tha I remove the ones that are already on my nails. Pata nahi kya lagta hai in logo ko ki humare pass nailpolish afford karne ke paise nahi hai. Itne zyada rude shop owners I have never come across. I will make sure that I will never allow any one to go there. Extremely rude and not worth trying. Sales person is good though. One star for her only.

If you want cosmetics of brands, please never go there. They don't have testers. Secondly, they take gpay as per their mood. So carry the cash for in case you know. Lastly and most importantly, the owners are rude. There is a difference between being rude and being straight forward. Here the owners are rude like totally... Rude and insulting the customers is same in their words.

Very rude impolite owners....Not once but twice I went to their shop and same non helpful attitude....Never ever will I step into their shop.

Shop is fine but the owner is very rude and i have seen him misbehaving with hid customers. They don't even put products as testers.

An old landmark of Roorkee. One gets almost every range of cosmetics and toiletries. Now it stocks confectionery and bakery products also.
