First time visit, got manicure and pedicure done. Pedicure was great experience but manicure was pathetic. Both of them are whole experience and not just massage. What is point of manicure if the basic nail paint does not stay for more than 1 hour and after manicure I can see my unattended cuticles. Spent 800rs jst for nothing. Never coming back for sure. Giving 2 stars only for lady that gave me pedicure else would be 0 stars for service as a whole.

Service is extremely slow with no sense of urgency. Over priced for quality of work doneand highly unprofessional. Nothing is available whatever you ask for like matching nailpaint or even bindi for that matter. They don't inform if you have to arrange stuff on your own and later create a big scene blaming the client. Overall not recommend at all from my side.

had a make up done today. i was not happy with the makeup. nobody listened to wt i was continuously saying. didn't attend well since i did not prebook.

Its good... Finally got a good salon in roorkee.. It's hygienic.. The staff seems cooperative... They are equipped the basic facilities...the prices were a bit on the expensive sidee..but I am satisfied with the experience..

Absolutely amazing parlor. We live abroad and we were not sure if we will find a good parlour in small town like Roorkee but we were so positively surprised by Tapasya. Bride was looking very beautiful. Cost is very normal and the staff was very polite.

Very good service. Must visit this again!

It's really good. Although expensive compared to roorkee's market and they don't generally give any offers or anything but the service is genuinely good.
