Lakme Salon

Me and my sister both have taken service from here,I must say it's not at all tidy,no one is wearing masks forget about other precautions,no one is taking any temperature,no sanitization at all.When you charge Rs, 50 for only eyebrow threading,that is premium charge, you should at least clean and balm it.The lady did the service felt like she is doing it for free. I must say,charges are very high according to the brand value like other cities,that's ok but there is a huge lack in professionalism in comparison to other Lakme Salons. Why choose you when you can't even give the basic services properly

The worst service I have ever get in a salon. So unprofessional and under trained service. On the top of that they are taking unreasonable prices for everything but not given any receipt. The salon is so unclean, dirty, hair everywhere. Is this how you keep things in this pandemic situation? Nobody's wearing a musk or using any santizer. The lady did such a bad eyebrows to me and my sister, and did not even care to clean the face and apply any toner or anything afterwards. Just pathetic service. shame on you Lakme. @LakmeSalon

None of the staff members wore mask neither was the place where the waxing is done was clean enough. The staff was unwell and kept sneezing but did not have any mask on which is not a good experience. Also, the staff kept using one waxing strip for most part of the waxing due to which the wax kept sticking to my body and she had to pull it multiple times to get the wax off my body which made it painful and bruised my skin. Also, my bill amount was INR 2600 but the bill that I was sent was for INR 600. In terms of hygiene and sanitation it doesn't live upto the standards that other Lakme Salons have.

Utterly unprofessional. they take money and dont turn up on the wedding day.. taking multiple booking.. managers dont have idea where their makeup artists are.. Cant have words to describe how pathetic they are.. not like the ones there in kolkata.

They took 7000 , (seven thousand) from me ,for party makeup but they didn't know how to do makeup. That was a horrible and sad experience in my life. If you wanna do makeup don't go there. This is the worst salon.

I am giving this place 4 stars because Joy(one of the hair stylists) is phenomenally superb. Deducting some points for overselling their products at the reception.

The finest salon in asansol. Humble staffs finest services homely treatment you get over here. They also provide exciting discounts on hairdos.

I have burn marks all over my hands and legs. They used very poor quality wax and charged me a bomb. I would recommend not going to this parlor.
