The place provides excellent service( as the name suggests). I had a cut and colour service done by the amazing hair stylist Abhijeet. The task was definitely not easy as I had older colour in my hair and I wanted a Balayage. But he executed it flawlessly. Also got mani and pedi done. Really happy with the service and the behaviour of the staff Would highly recommend.

I had an amazing experience at Xcellence Salon for my baby shower makeover! After several disappointing experiences at other salons, I was hesitant to trust anyone with my makeup. But Avijit da truly exceeded my expectations! He understood exactly what I wanted and delivered a flawless makeover that made my day extra special. Commendable skill of hair-stylists but unprofessional management. If any organisation boasts of being one of the leaders in the domain, they must honour the commitment they make to their customers. I am someone who do not like to change hair-stylists frequently. Since last few months I had been using the service at Xcellence. I liked the ambience of the place, and listening as well as hair-treatment skill of their hair stylist Mr. Biswajit. Hence I continued at Xcellence. However yesterday, I had an unpleasant experience. I had an appointment at 4 pm for hair spa at the saloon and when I reached ( 15 mins late due to tyre puncture issue- my fault), I was told that I did not have any appointment at that time and someone else had. And I was told that I have to wait for an hour. Yes, I was offered service by another hair-stylist but that was not something I had taken appointment for. I had mentioned the name of hair stylist and the specific services I want, at the time of booking. Since modern health - beauty shops charge customers in exchange of the experience they have at their place that includes both customer service and interaction, I wish they take all their customer interactions seriously. I am sure they value customer's time and will try to work on such issues going forward. Good Luck to them.

They have increased the price for hair spa and for shoulder length hair they've charged 1800 stating I have hair density. They had put my hair mask for more than an hour and had sent me to mani/pedi. Now I have oily and dandruff in hair. Massage was only for 10mins in hair spa and 5mins each for pedicure and manicure. Strange.

I took bridal services like O3 Hydra facial, O3 pedicure, lemon manicure, hair spa.. And I am very satisfied with their services.

It's almost 8 long years now that I've neither changed my salon nor hair stylist - Xcellence is the go to salon for me and my mom. Abhijeet Da and Mithun Da are amazing! Thanks alot! It's always a pleasure coming back to this place

We visited Excellence for the first time last evening! It was an outstanding experience. My wife went for Radiance Facial, De-Tan and Pedicure and I must say she was ecstatic after the treatments. Service was top notch and value for money as well. Pro Tips: While choosing Facials, go for package! Thank me later.
