Naved khan family salon

VERY VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. Once I went with my sister just for haircut, and they ignored us by saying that the hairdresser is unavailable and also added to the statement by saying that there is only one hairdresser who cuts hair and is available only on thursdays. And then I questioned them by saying that this is a normal salon service we are asking, i.e., a simple haircut, which they are unable to provide and gave meaningless excuse of unavailability of hairdresser. And also the staff's behaviour is very unprofessional, rude and not at all welcoming nature which normally they should have. (And not to mention, I was a regular customer along with my whole family) Another day, I went with my mother, again for the most basic salon service, 'eyebrow threading', and therefore again, the staff, refused for the service by saying that she is busy with another customer who was actually having hair dye. I also mention that there was one more staff present and it was very obvious that she could have given us our service but refused by saying that she is having fever, bla bla bla.....! And then I said that this is again a normal basic minimum service we are asking for, instead of welcoming customers, they actually behave like they do us a heavy favour with no good behaviour. It felt as if they were so reluctant to do their job. I dont why they have so much of attitude and reluctancy in their behaviour as if they are the owners of some hi-fi Parlour. And then I shouted on her by saying that the other day also you returned us back and today again, and I returned back home with my mother, already made up my mind that day that I will give an honest review about my experience very soon. The staffs out there take their customers for granted, in the beginning they will behave nice but after a few visits, they will treat you bad with reluctancy behaviour. That lady staff's behaviour is very unprofessional, rude and always keeps on talking on the call. She will make you feel like you are the ugliest in the world and comment no good about your hair and skin. This is my honest review and I have stopped going to that negative environment salon after that. Good luck!!

The salon has a warm and welcoming atmosphere ,the staff are very friendly, professional ,made my experience enjoyable & at home everytime i visit.Impressed with the service and attention to detail...i love the vibe of this salon!!!kuddos to the team,

They charge a professional amount from you but the service they provide is not at par with the low key salons present in the nearby area. The staff is incompetent and undertrained, exhibit lack of skills and craftsmanship and the overall service is definitely not at proportion with the amount they are charging. The material quality they use is non branded and of poor quality. Salons charging 80 rupees for a haircut give you at least urban gabru hair wax but these people give you 150 rs wax which is not only unfortunate but will spoil your hair definitely. Over all a must not go place. Thanks for your time.

Today I am writing a genuine review as I am kne of the loyal customer from the day NAved Khan saloon has opened.. But it is now so dissatisfaction and so Untrained workers working that Going to that saloon is far better if you go the Local saloon they will do Much better haircut .So unprofessional All the previous staff was superb but now I am seeing all changed..As they seem enjoying in park singing ,speaking loudly so bad experience..... But Now I am feeling that giving 150 price to the haircut is just waste as staff s really Untrained but they are charging like professional saloon .previously it was so professional staff working but if this goes on .. NO ONE WILL COME ... This is for sure From next time I will never ever go to that saloon o will prefer to go to nearby local saloon still they will do a better than yours saloon... Really disgusting as my haircut was damaged and really pathetic... Very bad experience.
