I went there for simple face threading, and the work was not even upto the mark, I vpuld feel small hairs on my face just by touching. It was done by a trainee. To my surprise, main lady to cover her started blaming it on my skin that those are skin lesions (daanaa). I left the parlour because their attitude was quite not friendly. I left the parlour, and went to some other parlour where they fixed it. It's okay to make mistakes, one may make many mistakes while learning, but the important thing for business is to own up your mistakes and put best efforts to make it up to the mark. You may think that keeping that imposing attitude is not gping to affect because you have a number of customers, that is only because you are the only parlour in that area. Don't expect that the competition will be this low for long. Please learn how to own up the mistakes, and gone those days when the beauty parlour aunties used to criticize the skin and hair textures to get some more business. We are in 2022, we know about our skin and hair needs and the conditions!!!
