SCISSORS SOUND HAIR AND BEAUTY FAMILY SALON

Till date I was an almost regular customer here. Most of the time me and my friends/ family prefers Biswa Da(boro). But this time there was another person as he was out of station. No doubt he did a great job with my beard ,I was really satisfied so I decided to gave a little tip in my mind. Today I was just to set my beard, the new guy did all well until it came about scrubbing. He asked me, I said no as it's allegric to my skin. Then he start telling its non allergic , bla bla bla. Literally I was forced to say yes. 1st I think its complimentary as past. But in the middle of the scrubbing he told me it takes 150-200 outside. Then I realised he is trying to make a long bill, but it's okay 150-200 is a good price. At the end I handed a bill of 550 for what I am not ready. Also he makes a round figure and makes that 500/- *rupees which is toooooo much for a middle class bachelor like me who comes to set his beard for around 50-70. After informing the owner about the unfair service charge he was quit humble and gave me back 100 but still its too much for me. Please inform customers before your service what you are giving or what is included in this package, otherwise kept focused on customers pocket and walk out your customers day by day. So if your hard earned money matters avoid this saloon.
