Dolphin Beauty Parlour

I had a terrible experience at this salon. I went for eyebrow threading, and the professional completely ruined my eyebrows. They are uneven and look entirely different from each other - one is thinner and arched, while the other is thicker and flat. When I pointed it out, instead of acknowledging the mistake or even offering a basic apology, the lady became defensive and kept insisting she has 26 years of experience. Maybe it's time to retire or refresh those ancient skills, because my eyebrows are the proof that something has gone terribly wrong. It's extremely unprofessional to not take responsibility when something goes wrong, especially when it's so clearly visible. Eyebrows frame the face, and now I am stuck with this mess until they grow back. If you care about your face, do yourself a favor and avoid Dolphin Beauty Parlour. Let dolphins do flips, not your eyebrows.

I only did eye brows threading. My experience was ok. Opening time is written 9 o'clock but they'll come after 10.30. They will influence u to buy their products but i think u should buy what u want not what others influence u to buy.

Worst experience ever...While trying to pluck my eyebrows, cut the area under my eyebrows. It's been a week and the area hasn't healed at all. It's completely cut and it's burning. I would say no one should go here.

Worst experience ever. 1. Asked the lady about the product for facial and foot polish, she named it and in a mocking way she said they use all professional products. Obviously you will use professional products if skin and hair is the concern. 2. They even don't know the steps of facial clearly. 3. Ask about hair spa and they can't even name the product they will use on you. Hardly, will say loreal. Madam there are various spa treatment of loreal. 4. Massage wasn't good enough. Too unprofessional. After returning home my husband said my facial hair turned golden. God knows what product they use. 5. Overall worst experience. Waste of time and money.

Terrible parlour. I went there for threading and they have completely ruined my forehead. After the threading my forehead was full of red bumps which never cured even after a month and has become black and brown patches all over the forehead. Even I had cuts on my chin and upper lip area. They just want to sell their products instead of taking proper care of customer. Never ever go to this place. The ladies keep talking and watching serials at a very loud volume and don't even bother to switch on her ac. Haven't seen a horrible parlour like this one.

The staff here is very unprofessional and they keep chatting amongst themselves continuously even while doing the threading with thread in their mouth. I told the person doing my threading to do it carefully but she did her job very carelessly and i got so so many cuts on my forehead and near eyebrows. Another time i went for threading and she made my eyebrows so so thin even after I told her I don't want thin eyebrows. Always the worst experience here

Very very dissatisfied....handled by the unprofessional staff, even they did not even know how to do facial which is a very very common thing now a days, after paying a reasonable amount of money...Must say don't go if you are coming for a first time though I am just sharing my first time experience...it may vary person to person...

Please never take any service from here. Their staff are too much unprofessional. I got my hair straightened for 3000 rupees from here. Where their AC was not working, they sat me back to the mirror and chatted to each other as they serviced my hair in such a way that from then on my hair started falling uncontrollably and after a few days I noticed that they had pulled out a large part of my hair in the center of my head.And in Habib or any other parlour where two sittings are provided for hair straightening, they complete the whole job in one setting and ask to wash my hair at home. They even ask for money for the hair wash before straightening.
