The man who did my haircut was very generous and kind...it was a spacious salon...i enjoyed my haircut with great smoothness and it costed just 350/- highly recommended

Most awkward and shameful condition when it's planned for men's haircut but the service person isn't assigned even after more than a hour of waiting in the queue because the entire outlet is busy with ladies and women's services and sessional enjoyment where it's very hard for men to get forwarded in the queue. 1 rated response I received at that time and gifted with a long waiting time. Would request the concerned team to look into this matter to provide services within customer's SLA which can effectively improve customers' availability and trust. Overall quality of services has been decresed compared to a few months.

I would definitely recommend this place... the service is very good, even the staff were very polite..I remember when we first visited to do my mum's hair colour. It didn't showed up on her hair properly so when we informed them, they apologized for their mishappenings and gave us another appointment on our suitable day for redoing the haircolour.

I would have given four But unfortunately I cannot give because I went for a haircut along with my mother. It was overcrowded. The sitting arrangement for the people was good enough. I had to wait for 15 minutes then tell the person to allot me a stylish so that I can go ahead. First and foremost it started with the shampoo which was not at all well done. It was as if the the person who was doing the shampoo as if givimg the product from her own pocket. I can say as if they were giving like 5 ml or may be lesser. Very disappointed The rate of hair cutting was only rs 500 so as far as the cost is concerned it is fine but the stylish was like not very eager to give me a great haircut he was telling me a lot of things but ultimately did not match the quality that I expected from there. Thirdly I feel I was deeply cheated in the hair spa they told that they will be giving wella fusion hair spa which caused me around 1700 and then only a gel was given and no cream or anything was there. A massage maximum for 8 minutes who was given to me and then no care was taken I was left alone for more than 45 mins. No hot steam was given telling that my hair would be all the more dry. It was washed with very little shampoo and no conditioner was given I am sure of it. Finally I believe I am not a regular client so that's why I was not treated properly. My mother's haircut was fine but again issue with shampoo and hairwash the workers I feel take products home so they don't want to give the required amount behave miserly. Well if you are going there for first time. Be careful of the entrance. It's very dingy and dark. Lastly please improve quality. Smile and sweets words can't manage everything

4 stars for Mani di... She is extremely efficient and well behaved.. But now hair cutting professionals are not up to the mark.. Bapi da was absent so I didn't cut my hairs but the lady who chopped my daughter's hair was awful.. she even couldn't maintain the length.. Every time my niece came from our hometown during this puja time and came here for hair cutting but this time she is also not satisfied with the service... Please improve your hair care services...

Very nice experience Good service, good behaviour I am taking their service since 2012. No complain till now. Very much satisfied
