I first checked the reviews on hair treatments before getting an appointment. Rehaan Ahmed already had nice reviews but when I met him I got why people love him so much. You feel instantly welcomed there and Rehaan is such an expert guy he guided me on which treatment to do according to my hair. He's an absolute professional the way he walks u through the procedure, does everything, and his work is excellent. He's also very friendly as well as professional. I would highly recommend him if anyone decides to try this outlet.

1. First time I went, the senior stylist did a dandruff treatment on me that completely ruined my hair. It was dry and looked like jute. 2. My relative went for a hair color job and when she came home, the color was leaking everywhere. It was on her clothes, her hair towel, her skin, everywhere. 3. I went to do a pedicure. They said the most expensive one will last one or two months and the less expensive one will last a few days. I wanted it to last long so I got the more expensive one. It didn't even stay for three weeks. 4. Every time I went here, they always pester me to buy more services. I go for a pedicure and they try to sell me their hair treatment and a nose piercing, saying my hair looks horrible! 5. They don't know how to mind their business and just do a good job on what you came for. They will keep pestering you to buy more services, as they are only interested in money. They don't know how irritating this is. Also, their washroom is extremely unhygienic. There are also flies buzzing around the salon. They will do a bad job and ask you to come in again to fix it. It's not good enough that they offer the second visit for free. The question is why are they so bad at their job that I have to go again? I am extremely unhappy with this business and will never visit them again. They are rude and provide horrible service.

The service from the beginning was extraordinary. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and offered drinks. It's a lovely environment, and can accustom to all wants. I went with the style director - all I can say is I made the right decision. I was met with Rehan (originally from Delhi), who provided a wonderful service. He's very professional, but also a lovely person to have a chat with. The haircut provided was excellent, and surpassed all my expectations. All I can say is he did a very good job!
