The girl sitting in reception who is probable manager is not at all welcoming. I went their for just eyebrow and upper lips at 7:50. She straightforward said that it can not be done today. She could not do a 10 min work for the customer. She is never smiling nor welcoming. She will reduce the business for Moon light. Replace her. Later I went to Maroon and they did a better job.

Worst salon experience faced ever......they make me waited for 30 mins though their staffs were free .......behaviour was so ridiculous..........dont ever try this salon......peaches and cream near by this salon is far far better ......dont go there ever...they have no skills ...they are best at faking and ignoring customers

Worst service. I did makeup recently, they took 3000 for simple basic makeup + simple hair bun and basic drape of saree. Money is still not the factor. The main problem is the service . They have zero knowledge on this. They have only one base that they apply on the face, doesn't matter whether it matches your skin tone or not. I repeatedly said that my face is looking whiteish, its not looking good. They didn't even bothered about it and just kept on doing the makeup and kept saying it will be good in sometime , also she did my eye makeup horrible, both completely different . Whenever i tried saying anything they kept on pointing on me. My face looked like someone pasted ashes on my face and then did some makeup. It was that bad. They have ruined my day. I paid 3000 and then i had to come back home and removed everything and did my own makeup again. Completely wastage of money and time. Do not visit this saloon. I don't know how they got 4+ start reviews.how much genuine this review is , that also i have doubts.

I have been 8 years of customer of this Saloon. The best part is Pawan ji is the best barbar in town and in this saloon you'll get your favourite cut very cheap and best. Everyone is so friendly. Today was the last day at Bwn and by by India. Will remember this place. Much love

Bad experience went for spa and colour, service is quite bad, stylist was busy attending other client kept me sitting, staffs are very unprofessional only 5 minutes head massage I have got after spending 1700 rs.No one dedicated for one client they will attend multiple client at the same time don't waste your money here ....Charge is quite high in terms of service who will spend this much of money getting 5 minutes head massage. Owner should know his stylist are very lazy, fighting and teasing each other bad ambience no professionalism very basic and poor service. I will not recommend anyone.

haircut: 350rs. Undoubtedly one of the best salons of Bardhaman, trusted by the locals. Stylist tried his best to do a good job with my hair. Sadly lacking on certain techniques such as they did not brush hair from bottom up, resulting in tangles, and they didn't do proper conditioning after shampoo. Still my haircut turned out pretty good.

They r specialists. They know how to experiment on hair. Suili does wonderful eye brows threading. Global highlight on hair done by Nayan. Simply woh..

I did nail art from here but the work here is not very good....Stuffs are too busy talking among themselves, so the work is not going well....I wasn't happy with this service
