My friend's review got removed, here is a copy I don't know why these things keep happening to me whenever I'm in my home town! So this place, Rupkatha is located in Raniganj More, Bardhaman. We've been visiting here for quite a few years for cosmetics and imitation products. Today was the same. We went there with the intention of buying a foundation and a few more face products for my mother. We were looking through a product when suddenly a saleswoman who wasn't even attending us barged in the conversation and started accusing my sister of breaking the seal of a product and that too in a very bad tone. My sister just said that I didn't break it, maybe it was broken beforehand, kindly check the cctv. Don't blame me baselessly. Things took a turn when they started shouting and constantly accusing that we have to pay since we broke the seal where we didn't even refuse to pay. This led to a heated argument where me and my sister just wanted them to talk to us politely and the saleswoman named Shilpa who started all these, kept talking to us rudely, pointing at us and saying things like 'toder bhorsay dokan chole na' (our shop doesn't run on your mercy) and 'dokane asish na na chaile, keu bolcheo na' (if you don't want to don't come to our shop, nobody's begging you to). I went forward to the counter utterly angry that how can somebody talk to me like that when I came there to BUY something and support THEIR SALES! She was still pointing at me while talking. I grabbed her finger just to put that down saying 'apni angul namiye kotha bolun jokhon ami apnar sathe angul na tule kotha bolchi'(don't point fingers at me when I'm not doing the same) , she grabbed my hand instead and her two other colleagues did the same, injuring me with their nails. My hand started bleeding and I let it go instantly. Seems like she did it on purpose. The shopkeepers (other) were saying that WE SHOULD HAVE CALMED DOWN rather than controlling their own colleague's mouth. The owner came, and she wasn't helpful at all!! To my surprise she was indirectly implying that we were lying about the situation by saying '...hoeto apnader boleche, kintu bola uchit hoe ni...' (MAYBE she's said these words to you but she wasn't supposed to be). I only want to ask one thing, for just Rs250 was this harassment worth it?? And what kind of establishment is this that they're allowing their staff to talk to their customers like this?! Ashamed to say, but this is the reason that people choose bigger shopping destinations like Sephora and Nykaa instead of these standalones. At least they know how to treat their customers and value them. And if anyone from Rupkatha is reading this, please get staff who promote your sale rather than shoo-ing away the handful of customers you have. Never going back again and would recommend anyone reading this not to go here too!! Oh btw, I have to get a tetanus shot for this! How awesome life is!

These people don't know how to behave properly with their customers...they behave ruthlessly...Manerless people...they r always ready to snatch money by making false claims

Unnecessary expensive. In Amazon the price of L'Oreal hair serum is 701 and in this shop price is 732. I don't recommend this shop to buy anything

One of the most reasonably priced place in Burdwan for getting a make over. Staffs are hardworking and patient. Loved their service very much.

This shop is too bad.The owner and employees who work here are very clever, artificial and behaviour is also bad.They have no manner how to deal with customer.They always try to cheat with customer.So be careful because they will make you fool anytime. Everything here is more expensive than other shop of Burdwan. The price of Simple girder, clatcher are starting from 150. It is a crime.They are robbing money from inocent customer in the name of buisness.If you want to buy something less expansive they will not give it to you ,they will give you as heir choice.please don't go to this shop
