I decided to get a butterfly cut and it turned out really pretty and amazing. The overall experience including the ambience was wholesome. I really loved how the hair experts work really hard to achieve what the customer wants. THANK YOU!!

I was their existing customer. I used do my hair colour (root touch up) & waxing. I must say they have very good Hair Dresser (for them always can give 5star*) but they need to think about their beautician, they are not professional, they don't know how to do proper waxing. I went on 25th sept'22 and that day who did my Waxing, she just brunt my underarms it was so painfull and the burning sensation was there for 2days. After that both underarms got turned into black . And the receptionist, omg! She is like a roadside shopkeeper, I used to pay 800/- for my root touch up, in August she said colour cost is increased so she charged 900/- then in September she told the same and charged for 1000/- (they don't have any price list, and not given any bill.. very very unprofessional)

I went shyam's parlour(near golapbag more ) before few days ago... Though I came to know tht they gv a gd facility to thr client... Bt whn I confront with them it was exact opposite..... At first I did my waxing.... Who did my waxing was so nice... They did it with so much care.... Thr behavior was also so polite.....after that I go for hair cut nd spa.... A dada was thr who did my spa nd hair cut....during shampooing he handle my vry harshly.... Tn he comb my hair which was also so harsh....tn he cut my hair... I gv him proper instruction tht"don't cut my hair small "....nd I also showed him th length of my hair tht I want to cut.... But he cut my hair according to him.... After completion whn I got my final look...... it was so small... Tht I nvr want... I would nt say evryone who was thr gv me bad care......bt only tht dada was disgusting...thnku

Worst experience... they dont even know how to cut hair, even after repeatedly telling them not to make it too short, they didnt listen... would not recommend this to anyone

Poor hospitality, owner/receptionist was constantly coughing and when asked if she is okay, threw an angry glace. Would not recommend.
