My mother in law went to this center for hair smoothing. But hair got destroyed and she does not know what to do. Such a good brand but the people who is working here have no skills on how to do the work properly. Avoid totally plus the price is not at all reasonable given pathetic service.

My 1st experience was so good...I cut my hair in Layer,they wash my hair for more about 20 mins...and give my hair a glossy look...but tommorow I again went there to get rid of my split ends....I told them to cut my hair in a way....to remove all those split ends...and also make sure not to shorten my hair too much....they wash my hair for more about 7-8 mins....cut my hair in a normal way....after cutting I ask them if there isany split ends left...they say "NO"....but when I got back I found that there is so much split ends and my hair looks so damaged...I got so disappointed.... they were so busy with one of their another client....who is regular I think (may be)....even while drying my hair they we're continiously chatting with her(not while cutting and washing)....but I am not so sure if that's the point because may be they are so skilled....but the point is I AM SO DISAPPOINTED NOW....MY 2ND EXP IS SO UNSATISFIED...I believed them because of my 1st exp...I am from barasat....after 1 hour journey I only got this....this is so bad....

They were very good with me and my mom. The service was nice and the haircut was amazing

Pintu is a great hair dresser. Very well managed salon. Value for money.

Worst beauty salon ever...they charged different prices from different people...the staff name 'pintu' used to fix the money. They charged 6500 from me for hair smoothening... didn't worth the price...it stayed for only 1 month...please don't go there...

Pintuda here is extremely helpful..listens to everything and does his job very efficiently..would highly recommend this place!!
