Quality service & very professional behaviour

My husband gave a visit to this salon for haircut, beard trimming and face cleanup today. I had a word with one of their staff and he informed me that haircut and trimming package consists of cleanup service and it will cost 300/-. But neither did they apply a face wash nor any cream. Rather, they charged an extra 50/- when my husband asked for a hairwash. That's a pathetic experience for us at a new place. I guess services are cheaper and better at Kolkata. Atleast, they don't cheat people for 350/-.
