I loved the services. The staff is cooperative and professional. The work with high-quality products and my hydra facial & hair color was just fantastic.

Last experience was horrible! The service has deteriorated exponentially. Previous services have been much better as there were trained professionals present. Currently the services are being managed by undertrained staff.

I visited Salon-9 during Durga Puja, and I must say it was an incredible experience! I got a facial for the first time here , and I am beyond impressed with the results. The head staff was professional, and their attention to detail made the experience even better. The ambience was calm, relaxing, and beautifully set up, making me feel completely at ease. What stood out the most was the quality of the products they used - gentle on my skin and left me glowing! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to pamper themselves.

Fabulous service, well experienced staff, comfortable ambience and friendly behaviour. I went several times for hair cut, spa and this time for hydra facial. I got it done from Iqra and her work is just excellent! Overall it was amazing, a must recommendation for everyone!
