Loved the ambiencegood serviceprofessional staff. I did smoothening+ keratin treatment from this Chandannagar branch. The hair technician really did a great job. I loved it. It looks good on me. Price is little bit high but it was my first time and the result came out beyond my expectations, so I'm ok with this.

Not satisfied with the service at all, went for Keratin treatment and coloring of hair for my wife. I will try to put the details point by point for everyone to understand. 1. They wont listen to your choice and advise as a customer. 2. Their stylists will prefer to work on their understanding only. 3. Requested multiple times for the shorter hair cut before the Keratin and coloring. But they 1st off all insisted not to go for it rather even after a suggestion for a cut up-till certain length also did not met by the stylist. 4. A day after the Keratin treatment the hair looses it's shine. 5. Color also, a bit faded. 6. We have requested for a global color to apply, that too has been, I would not say denied, but the stylist some way or other made a statement to not to apply. 8. We know this is not a permeant straighten therapy, while doing the treatment they insisted that, it would last at-least for a few days, but it is very unfortunate, the straight-ness has not last even for one full day. 7. One more point, do remember please, styling cut is already included into Keratin treatment, but in our case they separately charged it of Rs. 599/- + GST Suggestion: My personal opinion would be please try to avoid, unless you do not have any other branded option. Anyhow, Lakme is opening very soon in Chandannagar.

Recently opened in chandannagar. Ambiance is good.customer service is good. They have new set of staff who are yet to be trained more efficiently. Haircut was done well but shaving was not expertised.Hair colour was done they charged me 2k for two person but the colour faded withen 1week. There are better options in Chandannagar. I will not visit 2nd time.

Superb services and excellent ambience. Staff and reception people are very friendly. Prices are also very reasonable comparing the brand value.
