Had a mixed experience at Toni n Guy with Wasim. I got global highlights for 5k and my mom got global color with highlights for 5.5k. He was very knowledgeable the first time. Color came out really well. However provided inconvenience the second time when I went to hair spa. I had prior gone to the salon to confirm the hair treatment along with the price and a girl consulted me. When I went a week later to get the treatment, Wasim said that girl gave incorrect information and that they would only be able to provide me basic treatment in the amount that we agreed upon earlier. There was a lot of argument regarding this as it wasn't my fault. Finally, called the manager Mr. Ahmed and he resolved the matter by honoring what was committed to me. Hence, 3/5 stars.

The professionalism of this place is beyond expectations. I have been welcomed even on arriving just an hour before closing time. Everyone is well-behaved. Got my hair cut by Subhadip Pramanik. I loved his work. Not only is he an expert at what he does but he is also extremely polite and a humble person. I believe all the other employees there are the equally skilled. Highly recommend.
