I have been cutting my hair here since I was five. By mistake last December they gave me a good haircut. And previously I used to get blunt cuts only. Other than that they always give such bad haircuts whether it be layers of step whatever. This time I had so much hair and they gave me an awful awful haircut t_t This to a permanent customer of 16 years!!! And as everyone else mentioned, the staff is extremely rude and the only thing they are interested in is talking amongst themselves. Please find a local barber or someone to go to. Do not recommend.

Very very bad experience. Staff are very unprofessional and also criticised customer. They don't do there work properly. I go for a hair spa, literally they forcing me for take a dandruff treatment. If I don't take the treatment then they not give me the spa service. Price is too high then other parlor. 700 to 900 is normal spa charge in other saloon in chinaurah but the charge 1550/- for a normal spa, they don't give there best to the customer. Very very disappointed. They don't do the spa massage properly. They sit and do gossips but don't give the proper service to the customer. Don't go.

They don't accept UPI payments at all in this era. Even we have to pay extra charges if we are paying through ATM or Credit Card which doesn't make any sense. The payment method here is only cash to save the GST but they charge the GST from the customers though you are not willing to pay the service charge they will charge you. The payment methods are the worst experience I went through. The owner of this parlour doesn't take any step towards it.

All over good ..but sometimes is really bad i.e the staff behaviour ..all staff behaviour is not so good ..they feel u that u r the most ugly person in the world and why u came ..they hve prob why ur hair is so thin , why dark circles , ..after hearing their words and noticing their attitude u will be depressed and u will think u have no right to visit this type of parlour

Best place lovely ambience great staffs behaviour co operative behaviour every staffs are with happy faces and amidst the covid-19 full protection and safety measures followed. I was a permanent customer from years. Infact I recommended a lot of people. But now day by day their behaviour getting worse so I had to change my parlour. I was a permanent customer still sometimes they told me that the service is not available bcz of too much crowd. And I returned. It happened many times. But I thought it's understandable bcz of too much crowd and too much work. Although I am a permanent customer. And they always ask people to bring change to pay. Bcz they don't have change. And I always did that. I thought it can be happen. It happened again and again. I am unable to count how many times. But recently it was too much. When I entered without even doing anything they asked me do u have change? Bcz we don't have. They had to return me 20/-. I told them no I don't have this time. And it was almost closing time. There were lots of customers waiting. They checked if they have 20/-. And they had. I saw that. It was infront of me. But they didn't said that to me. Instead they asked me to bring change otherwise they don't have 20/-. I was so shocked. So this time it was enough for me. I told them that ok they don't have to anythin to me. I don't need their service. And then I left. Bcz it's too much.

Most worthless service. My wife was going to the parlour for strethening her hair. But without given any intimation Mr. Samrat was done smoothing with her hair. At present she is suffering badly with her hair.

Recently availed the bridal make up service for the reception look, however it was horrifying and pathetic experience all together. Complete lack of make up sense and experienced a very rude behaviour by the staffs and the owner "Dona" herself. The parlour stands out to be simply over hyped. I would never suggest this place to anyone among my known ones.
