They don't accept UPI payments at all in this era. Even we have to pay extra charges if we are paying through ATM or Credit Card which doesn't make any sense. The payment method here is only cash to save the GST but they charge the GST from the customers though you are not willing to pay the service charge they will charge you. The payment methods are the worst experience I went through. The owner of this parlour doesn't take any step towards it. They took UPI payment on a personal UPI from a customer infront of me and when I asked for the UPI they straight away refused to accept payment through UPI and I use to go this parlour as this is just beside my flat. Dona is the worst owner who doesn't care about her customers and doesn't want to bring any changes so that customers feel comfortable to visit this parlour. Everytime I vis There I have to carry cash and this is not possible at least in the year of 2025. And the behaviour of the staff are horrible who sits at the reception. Don't wanna go over there anymore.

Joy is a very decent and hardworking barber of this Hair studio. He is my son's favorite and other's favorite too. Plz don't loose him. Love this place.

Staffs are not well behaved. The atmosphere is clumsy, and the services are over priced. There is no que system, waiting time is too long. No specific price chart has been displayed...

I visited the salon from Burdwan and chose Biswa for my haircut. After waiting 3.5 hours, he rudely suggested I get it done by someone else. Despite that, I stuck with him, but his attitude towards me was dismissive. While he treated his regular clients well and gave them suggestions, he rushed through my haircut and didn't even bother to ask how it turned out. The result was a terrible haircut that ruined my Durga Puja plans. Joy, however, did a beautiful job on my sister's hair. I just wish hairdressers understood that while we may be just one customer to them, it takes a long time for hair to grow back, and their poor work can really cause damage. Though the other staff were polite, I won't be returning or recommending this place due to Biswa's behavior.

I recently visited your Dona's Hair Studio & Beauty Clinic, and I'm very disappointed with the haircut. Like, whatever haircut I wanted, I got exactly the opposite. Biswa was the one who got my hair done, and before cutting my hair, I showed him the picture that this is how I wanted, and he told me Okay, you'll get it. After that, I totally got a different hairstyle. He actually gave me a Bob cut and it's really short I never wanted this short hair, I even told him not to cut it short. I'm really disappointed. I'm not a new customer here; we have been coming here for ages, but after this, I will never come to your salon. Maybe it won't even affect you, but as a professional stylist, you should be aware of it.

I am an old customer of Donadi from my college life and visited donas plenty of time. But let me share my experience with dona's studio in Amratalagali. The lady professionals are very polite and humble. But in the haircut section I had very bad experience. I used to visit frequently for me and my sons haircut. Firstly if you are a middle aged woman they won't entertain you and will make you wait for longer time and will assign someone less experienced. Specifically Biswa named person behavior was not professional. Once I went with my son and needed to get some service too in the afternoon around 12:30.I informed biswa for haircut he asked me to make my son wait after two haircut he will be taken care of. Also I have been informed to get done with my services and once my son is done he will com to me. I agreed. Later I came down at 2:45 and saw he was still waiting and no one touched his hair rather I saw new people were being taken care of who were not there when we entered!! I came out and didn't go there since then. I felt that was really unprofessional way to handle customer's based on age and preference. Hope @dona di you check these comments cause there will many customers like me who are being treated like this. We are going to get a paid service and expect professional behavior not negative comments to sell products that will make us less confident and beautiful. For my haircut also they start pushing each other cause the so called smart hair stylists will only touch young beautiful girls hair and the people who are new will be assigned with the rest. Unbelievable experience I had. And I can't believe this kind of behavior in front of a customer in place like this.
