Loved the experience Everyone there is so friendly and professional, and they make you feel super comfortable. The person who did my haircut today (I didn't catch his name) did such a great job! I loved the way they handled everything with so much care. I'm really happy with my haircut and can't wait to visit again. Highly recommend!

Staffs might be trained but the service and also management is too slow. Since I didn't get proper service on time even after booking an appointment. Hope to improve the quality service in future and try to prioritise the customer needs.
