I booked a party makeup appointment with Kalpit Di for 5500/- I asked repeatedly, "Will you do my makeup?" she said, "Yes, I will do it for 5,500 /-" But the day I went, she showed a completely different attitude. She didn't want to wear makeup at all, and after I said a lot, she just put on eye makeup and lipstick. Before booking me, they told me to come whenever I needed for 2 hours, but after I left, they kept me waiting for 4 hours, I had a program at home that day. I had a very bad experience, if you don't do makeup you could have told me this when booking. I will makeup at your Helping Hands and pay 5500 /-, why? Is the money very cheap? If I were to make up at their place, I would have booked for 2500/-

Extremely high budget & very low quality work. They dont understand your skin tone at all and all they focus is on making your face bright and nothing else, there are thousands of better beauticians available in the durgapur market other than her. Extremely dissappointed with her recent service in our marriage recently

Totally business mind people. They are not care about customer's satisfaction. I got very bad experience . I did my facial, eyebrow threading and hair cut. With in 1 1/2 hour they did all those things. Total waste of money. Try to avoid to go to this place. If you care about your money.

I got my bridal makeup done here, and let me say - I think I've never looked prettier in my entire life, than I did in my special day. Exotica's service was excellent and they truely delivered. It was money well spent. Highly recommended by me !

The worst nail extensions I have ever done is done here so bad that in two hours the nail paint came out. Also no colour options are available. And it is disgusting.

I would highly recommend EXOTICA to give you up a Glamour look . It is one of the best salon in Durgapur City. Super fine work with smooth finishing. Very much well behaved staffs, Service was good. Loved it and would love to continue my visit to this Makeup Studio for all my upcoming services. Good Work.. Keep it up
