Went there for root touch up and got my skin touch up done additionally! :/ They made me sit with the colour for almost an hour since their only shampoo chair was busy. Staff is SLOW! And they dont keep good product brands. Then kept aggressively rubbing my face with nail paint remover to remove the extra colour. And the next morning I see my entire neck and ears have colour. This was my first hair colour in Durgapur-disappointed .

Very very poor experience after permanent straightening of my hair.I also wasted my time and my money.They have no idea on this..they misuse "The Brand Of HABIB"

Haircut good. But a bad experience due to a strike on my nose by the dryer while blowing waste hair after cutting. A small swelling appeared on my nose. The man who was cutting my hair then gave a cold sponge on the spot. Feeling hurt more because in place of accepting his mistake, he gave lame excuse that while blowing air, I removed my face.

Do visit this salon quite frequently. The ambience is praiseworthy. All the staffs are professional and courteous. Raju Da is my go to man as far as hair cutting is concerned. Mita Di takes care of the facial part. I strongly recommend this salon to everyone.

Have been a regular customer since 2019 and must say never been disappointed. I have tried haircut from many different places in Durgapur but very few can match the work of the hairstylists'. My favourite of them all is Raju Da. The precision and detailing in his work is praiseworthy. For facial and skin treatments Mita Di is recommended.

They did not listen to the type of haircut I wanted but cut my hair as per they seem fit and blow drying my hair and setting my hair straight. When I went home the next day I shampooed and my hair was curly so the shape they gave was not fit. They didn't listen to the client and that's the worst they can do.

I got there for keratin hair treatment but they Suggested botox treatment. I got it done. But the outcome was a total waste. My hair got dry and lifeless . Intense hairfall started after the treatment. I don't know what product they use. It was the worst experience I ever have. I just wasted 7000 for worsening my hair.
