Very Good Service. Staff are well managed and very well behaved.

Extremely disappointed. Chose 60 mins of Aroma massage. The masseur Shreya asked for any extra service which I refused. In response she stopped massaging after 30 mins. She kept saying that 60 mins of massage includes 30 mins of actual massage+ 10 mins of shower+ 20 mins of extra service. If someone doesn't wish to take extra service, he will be provided only 30 mins of massage and nothing else. However while the matter was brought into the notice of the manager after getting dressed up, he scolded the masseur for not giving full time and requested to complete the leftover period which I denied.

I rate it 3 stars because the rooms are very cramped. I will give 4 stars to the masseuse cos she did a very good job with my deep tissue massage. If you are planning to go for a massage to this place you should definitely make it very clear at the front desk that you need a good masseuse.

Hey guys don't come here this is the bad spa of Haldia. Service quality is totally bad. staff behaviour Also very bad here. Totally useless.
