So I came today to give a review as I recently did the Neoplex treatment. Firstly, I must say that I traveled two hours from the south kolkata to north kolkata come to this salon for the hair treatment. I just wanted to share how worthwhile my visit was, and I cannot emphasize enough how good Ipsita Di's service was. The experience was so excellent that there's nothing more to say. Her knowledge is outstanding, and after this treatment, I am so satisfied I don't know what to say. My hair was so frizzy and dull, but Neoplex made my hair soft and beautiful. Every staff member at the salon was well-behaved and highly professional. Ipsita Di took great care of every customer, ensuring that the treatment was done properly and with attention. She even ordered food for me, showing how caring she is. In short, if you have any issues with your hair or skin, I highly recommend you visit and get treated by Ipsita Di at least once. You won't regret it!

Fools customers about services to profit themselves. Scrubbing being included in face massage automatically is known to me since I have been visiting parlours. Only your parlour charged an extra 100/- for scrubbing which must not have been the case. For your information, I had not "demanded" for a back massage or hand massage anything alike. I had only enquired about it. So kindly do not let my words be misconstrued by your staff.

I took french balayage service from here. Ipsita was very cordial and she answered all my queries with patience. Thanks to her team for giving me a great hair makeover
