had a very good experience by beauty diva salon, me and my mother took some services, ratna did gave an excellent facial and spa to my mom , she was very happy , will recommend others as well.

Pros : Punctual, Decent behaviour, Good products, Knows the process, added hair colour request 1 day before.. Cons : After the work was done I noticed that inspite of telling her not to dirty bedsheet as it was fresh for a function there was stain of hair colour on it, There were traces of spa cream on the almirah door (probably spread during application), She forgot to bring paddle brush which was necessary post hair spa to give shiny look, Left side of the forehead skin had black stain on it cz of the way colour was applied. Luckily my mom is dark complexion or else it would have been very prominent.
