Place renamed as Raees so don't get confused. Place is cozy by outlook and staff are Polite. Services are okay if I compare with prices else it's great. Can think of visit again someday

Dear team of head tuners. Whenever I am in howrah i always perfer going to head turners. I always have a good experience ever everyone in my family visit the same salon however last time on 18th jan 2025 I took my mom for the first time for smoothing and keratin treatment. I reached there I forgot the name of the man who always do my hair however I inform them about the same then I saw him (Nadim sir) walking I told him to do my mom's hair. But the other staff are so rude and don't know how to talk ,specially the one sitting at the counter Antara she told me he will not do, the girl who is assiged will do I told her that the service is not even started I trust him and I want him to do however her reply was so rude and unprofessional that next time remember his name but this time you have no choice. I immediately told them if he is not doing liv just take money for hair wash I will leave then. Then so many staff came to me telling me you should inform this prior. I already told them i don't remember the name but i remember the face.If i forgot the name it's such a big deal seriously as if I have done a crime. I directly told them if he is not doing I am leaving.then they aggred. It was such a fuss in the salon they started pin pointing Mr. Nadim and the way they looked at us entire time in the salon was really uncomfortable. Requesting you to please kindly look into such employees as it's very uncomfortable . After this for the time of billing she took soo long just to give me the bill. As if it was intentionally. Service was really amazing. Just the problem was your few employees. I wanted to raise this concern as no one else face the same behavior that I faced. Thank you.

Me and my mom both had haircut. It was fabulous. Specially, Rani di she took care of both us soo well. The behavior of all the staffs are really good.
