Very poor service. They don't even have enough waxing strips. Since when I was in cabin I was continuously telling the staff who was doing my waxing to change strip once it's filled. But she continuously refused to do so and she used only a single strip for my whole body waxing. As a result my hair not removed properly from the roots or while waxing hair got broken half. And it grown in two days as if I have used razor. So what's the point my me wasting 1400 rupees in waxing????? I must have used razor at home .... disappointing from habib. Please give proper service when you're taking full money from customers without any discount. Paise lete waqt toh kanjusi nhi krte waxing strips me kanjusi kyunn??? Poor staffs poor service poor management. Don't go this branch.

I had an amazing experience from last 2yrs. I got my hair cut last year by Suraj ji which was amazing. And now I got a hair spa done by Vivek ji which was also very good. Love the service from both of them.

Went thrice there 1st treatment was ok according to the price 2nd one was reasonable and very nice the last treatment I took gave me rough hair,full damaged hair and hairfall which is not stopping third time the lady who did the job for me was horrible she was unprofessional a pure evil soul, never going back

i did a haircut in 2023, suraj was the hairdresser and he was very good. i loved the haircut that time. this is my second visit there, i wanted bottom layered cut, but Mr. Sudipta could not do it well. i had even showed him the picture of the cut that i wanted. he didn't even set the hair properly with blow dry. i had asked the madam at the cash counter to allot me a good hairdresser. She boasted that everybody working there are very talented. very unsatisfactory service. For the waxing, i would say that they don't have a wooden spatula and use a steel spatula even now! it is very well known that the steel spatula will get more heated up!

My dreams about my hair style came true after visiting this salon. The hair dresser is really nice. He takes care of the hair cut and never rushes thru. Great experience!!

I had a very bad experience... The staffs are not up to the mark at it should be in Jawed Habib... I perfer not to recommend anyone atleast for smoothing or strengthening...

The workers aren't skilled at what they're doing at all and do not handle customers with care and attention. The results are mostly pretty disappointing and unsatisfactory and sometimes even cause chronic inconvenience. They lie about their services and often scam people.
