Very bad behaviour of the staff. Disappointing Experience - Unprofessional Service This salon staffs done bad behaviour with us. Visited for my wife nose piercing and eyebrow, staff said gents not allowed inside the parlour but there is gents staff who is cutting hair inside the parlour. Also I have my 1.5 years daughter which they don't allow inside the parlour, we kept waiting outside the parlour in this heat weather. They didn't even ask to sit inside or arrange for seating outside. There is no display or poster mentioning that gents are not allowed inside.

Very bad behaviour Disappointing Experience - Unprofessional Service This salon charges extra for shampooing, which they don't mention beforehand. Worse, they cut my hair much shorter than I wanted without asking me. They didn't even confirm the length before cutting. Very unprofessional and disappointing service!

Wonderful service, I had hair Makeover over there,I got amazing service. Everyone's behavior there is very good, owner Paulami Di's behaviour is amazing ..my hair condition was very bad when I went,on Paulmi di's advice, I'm back with a great makeover..thank you so much Mirror , thank you Paulami di.

I prefer only only mirror parlor at Jalpaiguri ...its too familiar too healthy environment... all services are best... plz come and visit if u want to get the best results

There is no substitute of Poulomi di (miirror by Poulomi) . She takes care of every detail so gently. I'm a satisfied client. In every occasion I prefer only "Mirror by Poulomi"

Not very happy with the service. There is a long wait time. I would advice to book an appointment beforehand. Dissatisfied with customer handling. They seemed to be in a hurry, made me really for half an hr and was done cutting my hair in 10mins. Didn't quite like the outcome too. Might be popular in Jalpaiguri but it will be better if they improve their service.
