Do not go for haircut... I asked for a simple long bob cut but he did advance layer cut... After cutting it's a disaster... Hair stylist was not professional...

It's kinda good in behaviour of the employees and the service they provide is well enough. But there is an acute lack of professionalism. They said face wise hair cutting is available in first place but then the employee can't even decide what should be the hair cut. It's good if you show them some pics of the hair cut that you want. So I think it is unnecessarily much expensive.

I waited for two hours for my turn, but a lady who arrived just 30 minutes before was given priority over me. The hairstylist seemed more interested in flirting with her than maintaining fairness. When I questioned them, they simply responded that they would call me when my turn came. Even after asking three times, they only attended to me suddenly, making it clear that they do not follow a proper queue system--anyone can get a turn at any time, regardless of how early they arrived. Moreover, the hairstylists are unprofessional and lack proper customer service skills. As for their work, it was just average--nothing extraordinary. In fact, I have found some local salons and parlors to be much better than Habibs. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience from such a reputed salon.

I instructed a worker to thred my eyebrows just as I say but she made it in her own way not bothering my instructions. Even after damaging my eyebrows she was saying that my eyebrows are thick, my skin is sensitive, so many things. She didn't apologize for the mistake she made. I was a quite regular customer at this place but from now i'll have to think twice before going. This type of bad service was not expected from this reputed place.

Not recommended. Don't go for hair cut. The previous hair stylist was good but the new one is not professional. I asked for a simple trimming and he did advanced layer or something. My hair volume was not good before and after the cutting it is a disaster . I have to cut it again to make it look somehow better . Please don't go.

If you are a girl and want to get threading, waxing or hair spa, ask for Sharbani. She is sweet, and knows her job. Highly recommend her. Till now I had really good experiences with this salon.

Overall decent enough but rates could have been more reasonable specially in city like Bolpur. I got normal hair cut @ 350 You can expect professionalism!
