Don't bother if the customer is happy or not, apply same therapy for all customers whether the customer has sensitive skin or thick hair.

Great place, little compact but has all the amenities for your requirements. Attendants are really well behaved and friendly. Barbers are also skilled and prices are standard. As the place is little compact in space, peak times can feel crowded.

They are very bad with hair cut and eyebrow shaping. They took half an hour to pluck and shape the eyebrows that too also not good. And haircut also pathetic. They actually don't love the job they are in because of which they are unable to provide with best service. Infact they don't even tell any one how its is a smart salon. Sadly it is being managed by people who do not love their job. But Massage was ok ok.

Since I was confused about which hair color and haircut I should go for, that is why I opt for whatever the salon employee suggested me. But the cut and the highlight they did with my hair turned out a bizarre and the look they gave me is so bad. So the my suggest would be, if you really want to have a haircut and hair color at this salon just be clear about what you want.
