Extremely beautiful saloon. Environment inside is very good. I have been there for hair stylising. I took a service of smoothning, color and karatine. Bibash was the one in charge. He is so caring, the service was to good, I feel very much happy after taking the service. My hair was very rough but after the service it look so beautiful. Thanks to bibash, to give a changeing look and the lady helper I couldn't remember her name. All the staffs where good and friendly. And take good care. One can try for this saloon.

Actually I have already issues in my hair long long times but this time Shilpa 's hair expert professional Bivas Biswas solved all of my hair problems and my husband too. Most 3rd class Saloon in this area, my hair was damaged after straightening from shilpa , and they always take a hidden charges from customer, dont go there , no one is professional,

I came here on 05/08/2023 for my wife's hair straitening and cutting .They give their work as hair keratin service to my wife's hair and its looks so pretty.They charged me 4500 Rsfor this but unexpectedly just after 2 days it becomes all in vain and my wife and me fully unsatisfied with the work done by them .Today On 13 /08 /2023 when we arrived here to complaint about this they behave like they don't know about anything and try to make me fool by giving futile talks and told me you should buy shampoo mask and other things which we recommended...They tried to promote other companies products which are also so expensive .When I demanded complaint book the receptionist girl neither give the complaint book nor give any satisfactory reply.I am fully unsatisfied and annoyed with the behavior of the staff working here .So I just want to say for all people who wants to come here for hair related work please don't come ...just waste of money..I will come again with images and videos of my wife's hair treatment...so stay tuned guys...have a nice day and stay away from this Shilpa Salon

All over very nice experience...Kajali Ma'am did my haircut.. shampoo was very relaxing and all over a nice cut...very satisfied
