Lakme Salon

absolutely rubbish. didn't care enough for my wavy hair, proceeded to blow dry it. the haircut is super uneven. It says Lakme in google, but irl it's a different salon and they claim "it's the same brand." ABSOLUTE WASTE OF MONEY

Totally disappointing. Based on my prior experience with other Lakme Salons I booked my appointment for a few services, as it seemed nearer to my place. Here comes my experience: 1. They could not give me the applicable discount, even they were clueless why. I was eligible for 20% and also 15% discount, but they could not apply it in system. 2. In spite of prior appointment, I was kept waiting for nearly 1 hour. 3. Even after this long wait and after doing part of my service, I was asked to wait for some more time, since they had to entertain the next customer. 4. After hair color, my husband had to leave Salon with badly visible patches on the ears, neck & even on cheek. Even the local salons fo the job better.

First visit to this salon & am extremely happy with the overall experience. The hairstylist Kajal was extremely professional and polite in her conduct, and did a wonderful job ! Would recommend taking prior appointment to ensure timely and, if you are lucky, exclusive services with the salon just to yourself (what better in the current situation!)

Excellent hair cut done by Kajal, the hairstylist. Tbh I have visited multiple high end salons in the past e.g. eye catchers, head turners but loved the haircut done here and the price is just right. A Must visit place!!!

The hair spa experience of mine was awesome specially the head massage provided by them was so relaxing.

I will really appreciate the work of Arun who was my hair stylist for two times, really appreciate the work efficiency and dedication he has..he listens to my hair issue and politely guided me with remedy which actually turns to be very useful
