PHOENIXX SALON

I recently visited this salon for a Nanoplasty treatment. Initially, I was quite disappointed with the results--the treatment didn't turn out the way it should have. However, when I reached out to them and shared my concerns, the response was truly impressive. Without any hesitation, they called me back and redid the entire treatment from start to finish, and what's more, they didn't charge me anything for it. A special mention to Mr. Jay, the owner of the salon--he is incredibly humble, kind, and professional. He personally made sure everything was done properly this time, and the final result was amazing. I really appreciate their dedication to customer satisfaction and their willingness to make things right. This experience turned a frustrating situation into one I'm truly happy with. Highly recommend!

Nooooo..please dont go...i took nanoplastia treatment along with hair rituals( insisted that the treatment stays straight for a longer period) ..not even one month the hair is straight...moreover they removed my hair lenghts...made my hair very short(which was longgggg) On top of that they suggested a shampoo and mask which i purchased in their salon first time..to my shock i coudnt find that brand online (not even the name) ..they used local products i guess... So i went to salon again, to buy them ..and guess wat .they dont have stock ...cant get online ...so made me buy another local product in its place ......(Actually on the day my treatment is going i saw another girl with same complaint,treatment didnt even stay for her,but wen i asked about me they bluffed) PLEASE DONT GO ..CHECK THEIR BRAND PRODUCTS WEN GOING

The staffs were friendly and welcoming and made me feel at ease throughout my visit.Their professionalism and attention to details were impressive.I would highly recommend this saloon to anyone who is seeking a excellent hair cut and a outstanding customer service. Rating:5/5 star

I visited here last Sunday. The salon is really good and services are really awesome, price range is very affordable. Definately go for facials, Suman is really good at her work and complimentary hand massage after facial is icing on the cake.
