I completed my 1000-hour nursing training at Rita Charitable Trust, where I was promised 10,000 upon completion. However, after finishing the course, they refused to pay me, claiming I didn't attend "practical classes" at a far-off location. The truth? They conducted practical training inside the classroom, which I attended. But later, they expected us to travel far for what was actually work, not training. Since my parents did not allow me to go for work, they used that as an excuse to deny my stipend--something they never mentioned before admission! Additionally: They took our phones and forced us to give five-star ratings on Google, making us write our own name, batch, and course name! This is how they manipulate their online reputation. They took our Aadhaar, school certificates, and bank details but never gave us any official document proving that we were enrolled. They made us sign a paper stating that if we took more than 20 days' leave, we would have to pay 20,000 as a fine! Last time when I called them regarding my pending stipend, they said, "Aapko portal se call jayega thodi der baad." A girl then called me, but she was extremely unprofessional--she didn't introduce herself, her position, or where she was calling from. Is this how a professional organization works? After a long conversation, she said, "You will get your money in a few days. Anyway, what can someone do with just 2,000 or 3,000?" She also said, "You joined the course to learn, not for money, right?" Yes, I joined to learn, but you promised money, so you have to fulfill your own commitment! Even after a year of waiting, they refuse to honor their promise. Rita Charitable Trust makes false promises, manipulates students into fake reviews, withholds payments, and treats people unprofessionally. If they are truly ethical, why do they need to force five-star reviews and mislead students about stipends? If you're considering joining, demand written proof of every commitment before signing anything. Don't fall for their fake promises! Reply to Rita Charitable Trust's response: After my review, Rita Charitable Trust responded, saying that the stipend is provided by the government under the Utkarsha Bangla scheme and not by them. I want to clarify: They never informed students beforehand that the stipend would come from the government. Their staff clearly stated that the 10,000 would be given after course completion--without any mention of an additional process. I was never given an ID card or any proof that I was even enrolled in the course. If an ID card is required to claim the stipend, why was it never issued? Their staff took students' documents like Aadhaar, school certificates, and bank passbook copies, but never provided a proper explanation of how to claim the money. When I called for clarification, their staff was unprofessional and kept changing their answers. First, they said the money would come soon. Then they said I needed to visit a government office. If this is a government-funded stipend, where is the proof and proper process explanation? If I need to visit an office, why wasn't this told at the beginning of the course? This lack of transparency makes it seem like students were misled. I demand clear guidance on how to claim the stipend!
