Most unprofessional and unethical staffs you get there ...No one has proper training how to behave with customers and also the services here are just worst..I went there yesterday to get my eyebrows done but one staff named Ria said that she will have her food now and then do the service. Today also in the morning I rang up and asked if she is free to give me the service, I got the same reply that she has just now came to the salon and will change her dress and have food and then will continue with her clients ....I don't get one thing if you are opening the salon at 10 10:30 AM and then you are taking a long break from 11AM..what kind of professionalism is this?? Also Ria is very rude and her attitude is just intolerable sometimes..WORST SALON EXPERIENCE EVER...DISGUSTING STAFFS AND FAKE PRODUCTS USED

I have done hair spa in this salon. They provided quality service as well as friendly environment. Specially I want to mention about Ms. Priyanka. She took proper care of my hair with her magical hands. Really appreciate with her service!

Trinity Sodepur is my go-to place, whenever I feel the need to avail myself of beauty treatment and other services. Just returned after getting my hair spa, hair cut, and eyebrow threading done. Service rendered by Ms. Riya is superb! She takes proper care of every aspect while performing her magic on hair end eyebrows, and meticulously looks for perfection. Really happy with her service! A huge recommendation to you all from my end.

Recently did hair smoothening from this place. Very good service. The hair dresser Ayan did an amazing job with my hair. He was professional and was patient with his work and explained each step of the smoothening process. I got a haircut of my choice without much push from the hairdresser which usually happens at other places. The salon is also well lit and beautifully designed. Would visit again. :)

Worst experience. I have styled my hair from many parlours, but I must say they are the worst. They have damaged my hair. They can't even straighten my hair. They have been constantly changing staffs. I guess they are using fake products. The owner should improve her relation with clients.

I went to Trinity Beauty parlor a couple of times when I was in Sodepur. There threading is done perfectly and moreover Hair specialist Mr Vikash is superb by his profession. He did a beautiful hair cut for my thin hair, and hair color is just superb. He did hair treatment for dandruff as well, it worked for me, but that treatment needs continuation which I couldn't as I shifted to other state. I strongly recommend Trinity Beauty parlor, every stuffs behavior is really good. I'll go again when I'll be there in Sodepur.

Just an year back, I, myself rated this place with 5 star for their excellent service but within this one year as many times I have visited them , I've never seen one single well trained staff there.. I asked them about those staffs who used to work there before.. But they're now transfered at their Barakpore branch... Additionally they're also keeping HIDDEN PRICE, never ever trust their offers.. I repeat.. Never ever cause that day on 2nd October, I went for haircut as the puja offer was going on.. And they clearly mentioned for female haircut it's 299 . Normally they charged 550 but for puja they advertised 299 for haircut.. After visiting them I was surprised they said the offer was only for those who wants just a straight haircut and for the ones who wants special haircut like step or layer cut or any other customize haircut they're charging 550. This is not the end after my haircut was done , I asked for the bill.. And they charged me 1050 for my haircut.. I was absolutely clueless and literally in a shock... I ask the reason for their overcharging and they said as their Ma'am (owner) had done my haircut so they're charging 1050..if my haircut would have been done by any other staff it would be just the normal rate as 550. Being one of their regular customer I had my WORST experience there. Moreover the fun fact is... Their ma'am had to done my haircut because none of their Hair cutting staff wasn't present their.. And without any information my haircut was done which was not good at all... And the haircut doesn't even worth Rs. 350 trust me... But without any further argument I pay my bill and disappointedly came back home.

I went there for my hair cut and I am truly amazed. It looks really nice. Thank you so much Priyanka. Very much satisfied by the behaviour of Trinity Beauty Salon from Sodepur.
