Mr and Mrs cuts A family salon

I first visited this salon after seeing Google reviews, And I am really very satisfied. Mr & Mrs Salon is the best in this area. Got a butterfly cut from subhankar, he did an amazing job. Thank you Subhankar for your amazing service. I have returned with the desire to visit you many more times. I request everyone to visit Mr & Mrs Salon once and avail the services of Subhankar.

Had a wonderful Haircut Experience at this saloon . It's Unisex Salon & is handled by professionals. Mr. Sujay Mukherjee handled my Haircut with finesse and professionalism giving me a stylish new look .

Horrible experience at this salon and I am never visiting again. Went for a haircut and shave and had the worst experience ever. The boys working there are all amateurs and have no idea what they were doing. The haircut was so bad that I am almost bald as Shubhankar kept making mistakes and finally there was no going back. I had to stop the haircut midway. The boys need to learn the skills first and then hold a blade. There poor experience led to multiple cuts on my face leaving scars and blood during the shave. It seemed that the owners mother and his wife had come to get there eyebrows and hair done, this led them to prioritise the owners family and not a genuine customer. The other employees kept pushing shubhankar to hurry up and that led me to have a terrible experience. They overcharge for there horrible services and are shameless. During the multiple cuts that I got on my face I kept telling him and he kept saying there is no cut until there was blood. Looks like I have to end this year with a horrible haircut and scars on the face that I had paid for. All of this because I was too lazy to go to my regular salon in patuli which is called IKIGAI. I regret my decision but I strongly recommend that anyone who has visited or thinking to visit this salon to first try ikigai salon once to know the difference. Narendrapur has many salons but unfortunately not a single one is up to the mark. Mr and Mrs cuts, well the name is apt as they did cut my face with a blade and lost a potential regular customer. Worst salon in the area. Note to the owners - Interiors and a fancy name will not help if you cannot train your employees or hire skilled barbers. Also having a family salon doesn't mean that your family gets prioritised over genuine customers. Anyone who reads this, DON'T VISIT THIS SALON AND TRY IKIGAI SALON IN PATULI, JUST ASK FOR GOPAL, WHO IS THE BEST IN THIS AREA.

I would not recommend for eyebrows , the beautician maybe she was experienced but for me she is very unprofessional the way she did eyebrow it gives me multiple cut on my eyes.

I had a great experience here. Professional staff. Highly recommend this place.
