Wonderful experience. I did my hair straightening and smoothening for the first time ever, from here (Dhakuria branch). It was a good decision on my end. The workforce here is extremely efficient and polite. They ensured that the process was comfortable for me. Will definitely suggest everyone to pay a visit here, at Absolute. Also, thanks for offering me tea; it was very nice of you!

Pathetic services. The staff named soma who attended me was very unprofessional and literally burnt my arm waxing and was over with the mani pedi within 30 mins. Spa was completed within 15 mins. The change of clothes they gave were absolutely dirty and when asked for another one, I was given a torn one which is absurd. The towel used in pedicure was then used in hairwash. Products were also not professional. Very unprofessional and none of them are interested to provide service to customers. I regretted going to this salon. Will never visit again.

As there name says, absolutely amazing services and super fabulous staffs. I belive in Sanjib's grooming skills. He delivers the perfect look everytime I visit. Thank you and kudos to team Absolute...!!
