Very kind and professional ladies, the salon is clean and tidy. Beautina Herbal took great care of me. I am French and my husband is Bengali, I needed help with Bengali make up and outfit for our wedding reception in Kolkata in November 2024. I have a very sensitive skin, and they took time before the day to discuss everything in detail and try some of the products to make sure they would not be an issue on the day. My skin is of fair colour, and they did a Bengali style make up and hair like I wanted, but still making sure it was going well with my skin tone and hair type. Price was reasonable also. All in all excellent service, we would highly recommend.

I am a regular customer of Beautina Herbal city centre Saltlake. I have been trying since last year to post, but I was soooo busy that I could not. Firstly, the staff has always been of great help in every way. Today I even brought my sister here for a haircut. And as usual it was great. They take good care of the customers and as if they are of their own. They always give utmost importance to their customers. They are very helpful and kind as I have mentioned already. They are really making a good or very very good name of Beautina Herbal. All of them are special, so I am not mentioning any specific name. May god bless all of them and a great life ahead. May Beautina Herbal gain a lot more fame in the coming years. I am an extremely satisfied customer.

I colored my hair with ombre. It was very nice experience. The color came very beautiful. People in Beautina are also very friendly. I enjoyed my entire experience.

Worst Place Ever. Don't Go. They ask you to bring your own shampoo and conditioner. Very cheap meantality. There are many better options in Salt Lake. Please don't make the mistake of going to this one. The staff is very well mannered, and they are extremely polite. However, they keep on forcing you to add on more things to gain money. No wonder, this parlous was empty during my visit. I have no complaints from the staff but the owner is very rude, and behaves in a very bad way. Kept on asking for more money and tried selling her products even after I said that I don't want it. I don't suggest this place. It's a fraud.

Wonderful service of both the facial and hair treatment. Also the prices were reasonable. The behaviour of the all staff were very polite. They give me the exAct servics what I had expected. So overall service was outstanding.

This is a pathetic salon . They don't know how to behave with a client . Owner should know the manager of this salon doesn't educated enough to know how to take care of customers . I'm a regular customer of this salon . Today at 7.45 pm I called the salon and asked the manager whether it will be open till 8.30 or not . She asked me what services I will take then I replied that only threading I will do as it's already late . I even confirm them that I'll be there by 8.30. I took a cab from Park Street to cc1 just to avail the service but the moment I went there it was 8.25 pm sharp. I saw all the staffs and the manager is coming down from the lift . I was shocked and asked her that you are supposed to stay till 8.30 pm . She started arguing that I said I'll come by 8.10 pm which is a lie . She could have been informed me that it is going to shut the salon . This is so unprofessional act by her in such premium place it's not acceptable. I said I'll never going to back to this place and I'll make sure that the customer base of this salon be hampered since she caused me inconvenience and loss of money . She should be thrown out from her position . She doesn't even have this ettiequte that she should let the customer know unlike other reputed salons do . SHAME

the owner is of very cheap mentality.she lies to customers,forces them to buy unsued facial packs left in ther parlour,asks to pay extra GST charges if payment is done over gpay. she is a complete nuisance. don't ever visit her
