I went there yesterday for a haircut. And considering that they are charging 500 for a haircut the least you can expect is to get a decent haircut and that the stylist should know his job. But iv got just one word for these people. HORRENDOUS AND HOPELESS The barber could not even set my hair after the wash, despite me being a guy with short to medium hair length. After multiple tries with be curler, I finally had to take charge, use the blow dryer and do it myself. Paid 500 to these hopeless people and came out looking like a fool with the hair not even set. He also had the audacity to tell me that actually we have just shampooed your hair so its not standing firmly. Like seriously??? Then put up a bloody board outside your salon saying that you don't have the skills to deal with all types of hair. In addition to that the haircut was terrible. He had no freaking clue what to do with the hair, and despite knowing the struggles he did not care to tell the receptionist that we should not charge the full amount Buy anyway, i did not want to create a scene and left from there. Never going there again.

So, we went there yesterday since my daughter wanted a hair color and get her nails done. The hair colour didn't show up as expected but that's not it. This is what happened not even after 4hrs, the stylist said "this will not come off unless you reach out to me again". Consider your costumers anything but not a fool. Can guarantee they aren't well trained. A time waste, money waste, and disappointing. Edit: Even the hair colour now is leaving stains (which has never happened before when asked about her previous dyeing from another city). They had called my daughter and acknowledged during convincing her for nail reapplication that they had used cheaper products and next time will make sure to use better one. What kind of service is that when we have paid rightly? I am sure that must be the case with all their products. Please be careful if you choose to visit any of the Colors Salons.

I had beautiful, long, wavy, and well-maintained hair, and now they look like a nest thanks to this salon. I am absolutely disgusted. Despite spending half an hour discussing the haircut and showing clear reference videos, the stylist completely ignored my instructions.I had confirmed if she was confident in doing the haircut after all the references and discussion. Even during the process, when I tried to intervene and tell her she was doing it wrong, she argued with me, refused to listen, and insisted on doing it her way. The result? My hair is completely ruined. To make matters worse, instead of taking responsibility, she blamed my hair texture and denied any wrongdoing. The arrogance and lack of skill were beyond shocking. Then she ran away inside and did not come out to show her face or acknowlege her mistake .. one of her fellow hair cutter , tried to make it better but still looks far from acceptable. Salons that employ such untrained, unprofessional, and incompetent people are an embarrassment. These so-called "stylists" don't belong in a professional setting and are actively driving customers away. For the sake of your salon's reputation, fire staff like this immediately. I'm warning others to stay far away if you value your hair. My experience was a nightmare, and the lack of professionalism here is disgusting.

Not punctual to their words and statements, They literally gave time and later denied to the service as they're too lazy to take work as per they commit, cuz the people working their have zero communication and coordination with each other's, lacking in all of that, they spoiled my day and ruin my time as well, very pathetic service in the first place only for not sticking to commitment, neither admitting their mistakes too, thankfully I didn't took any service neither going to be, as their rush to take off/ or going home could have ruin my whole experience and my money too!

I have done nail extensions as well nail art in colors salon through one smart staff named Ruqaiya she's very professional and friendly nature.

Extremely good services. All of the employees are very polite and we'll spoken. The receptionist, the person who did my hair, the person who did my facials were all polite. I opted for Hair cutting, beard trimming, head oil message and and a facial. The services were so good. Also the rates are very affordable.
